All distortion and drama requires our participation in order to exist. The first stage of drama begins within the mind of the individual.The egoic distorted chatter begins and the Higher Self Awareness observes it. The human self either unconsiously loses themselves in their own distortion that the mind is feeding it or they observe the chatter and recognize that the chatter is Not who they are and they turn their attention to the Stillness and Clarity of Higher Self.

It is Always within our own power to feed our wounded distorted ego or to rise higher in awareness and Vibrational Reality.
