It is Always, let me repeat Always wise to live in the energy of Self Love. Sometimes this choice may cost you things, people or titles. Know this…if things, people or titles fall away because you chose to care for yourself then life is blessing you by clearing old energy out of your life. Not punishing you.

What I observe so many humans doing is either not living in the energy of Self Love, or deciding it’s time to live with Self Love only to see that certain energies are trying to fall way. Often these people will quickly judge themselves or the situation as bad and soon after they take that familiar slide down the slippery slope of uncertainty and self loathing.
